If the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies, the premises may be audited by a Fire Safety Inspector. The urgency of the response will be assessed based on the nature of the complaint and the risk to life.
If the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 does not apply, the details will be forwarded to the appropriate authority.
