The Committee meets as and when required and has the following functions:
- Selecting suitable individuals for Brigade Manager or Treasurer posts.
- Agree the final selection process for any relevant appointments for Brigade Manager or Treasurer posts;
- Agree which officers they would like to act as advisors to the committee;
- Receive recommendations from officers and select individuals as part of the shortlisting process for final interviews;
- Sit as the final interview panel for any relevent posts;
- Select appropriate people for each relevant post.
