The Committee meets as and when required and has the following functions:
- Selecting suitable individuals for Principal Officer posts.
- Agree the final selection process for any relevant appointments.
- Agree which officers they would like to act as advisers to the Committee.
- Sit as the final interview panel for any relevant posts.
- Select appropriate people for each relevant post.
