History and Background
Peterlee Fire Station is situated in the eastern part of the County, covering approximately 70 sqkm, and bordering with Cleveland. The Station has two fire appliances with firefighting and rescue equipment. In addition the Station has a specialist Rope Rescue Vehicle and team which provide cover for the whole County.
